Our Modesta collection brings you luxury, clean lines, and modest elegance. Our "Luann" dress meets the mark with a fun, modern, embroidered lace bodice and a sleek stretch crepe skirt. The front bodice is semi-sheer and the low back bodice brings a little edge. This dress is unique, yet still very bridal. Best of all, it can be cut to midi-length after your wedding and worn again. We suggest surprising your hubby; and, wearing it out on your one-year anniversary. 😊 We offer Luann in light ivory as shown in the model photos, and it can be made for you and ready to ship in about 4 weeks. This dress does not disappoint. Modifications and custom cutting can take an extra 7- days of production time. This gown is NOT a replica. You will receive the exact dress as photographed. If you are interested in ordering this dress, or, others from our store, please carefully read the information below: MEASURING - SIZING: Use the size chart that corresponds to this dress, and our measuring guide to select your sizeIt is important that you do not "guestimate" your size without measuring. Do not be alarmed if the size you order for your wedding gown is different from the size you normally wear. If your measurements fall into more than one sizing category (example: a size 4 bust and size 8 waist), use the larger size and plan for alterations in the area where the dress might be too large. The size chart measurements are for reference to your body, not the garment. Measuring yourself at home can be trickier than you think. It is best to have a friend or family member with a sewing background, or, a professional seamstress, take your measurements. Considering that brides come in all shapes and sizes, rarely do wedding gowns come in as a perfect fit. Brides should plan and budget for alterations so that her gown fits precisely as she desires. CUSTOM SIZING: This particular gown can be custom cut. This could require an additional week-10 days of production time. Custom-cutting is a good option for tall, petite, or hard-to-fit brides. We also recommend custom cutting for gowns that have a scalloped, horsehair, or beaded hemline. While custom-cutting can get you closer to a perfect fit, brides should still plan for minor alterations. If you desire custom cutting, please select "CUSTOM CUT" from the size drop down menu. Do NOT select a standard numerical size and send us measurements for custom cutting. This will confuse things and slow down your order. You will need to provide your bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-floor measurements with your custom-cut order. Brides should also know the heel height of the shoes she plans to wear. For long sleeve dresses, please provide your armhole, and bicep measurements. If you are trying to save money on alterations, look for gowns with a corset back, minimal beading (especially at the hemline), and sleeveless or short sleeves. We do not custom cut this dress beyond a size 20. TIMING: Please allow plenty of time to receive your dress when making your ordering decisions. Like most bridal and formalwear shops, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges. That said, we pride ourselves in offering quality products and services. RUSH CUTS: Some of our gowns are eligible for rush cutting for an additional fee. Please message us if you are interested in having a gown rush-cut.
