Matching PAIR of Cut Crystal Brandy Glasses. Height 4 1/4 inches – Iconic Edinburgh

This is a nice pair of matching vintage crystal brandy glasses.

I also have another set of six in the same pattern and design (which would make up a matched set of eight).

Sadly they have no etched marks to identify them or any old labels.

However, they are nice quality glasses - nice and heavy with good deeply engraved patterns on the bowl. They have a short stem that is faceted all around. The foot does not have the usual star engraved onto the bottom of the foot - but is faceted all around with the facets issuing from the stem section.

They are a handy wee pair and of good quality - they look almost like they could be Edinburgh Crystal - but as mentioned not marked as such.

They measure 4 1/4 inches in height (11 cm). The foot is 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm). The diameter of the rim is 2 1/4 inches (6 cm). The diameter of each glass at the widest point is 3 1/4 inches (8.2 cm).

Each glass is 220 grams in weight.
