The Rebel Leggings are made of a matte spandex that is smooth and soft as butter. These have looped coverstitching on all seams and has a built in elastic waistband. All children's leggings come standard full length and cannot be altered.

All children's clothing has been lab tested and is CPSIA compliant. All garments meet regulations for lead and flammability.
