Aboveground Vertical Potable Water Storage Tanks – BARR Plastics

Made with high quality polyethylene resins that meet FDA specifications, these tanks ensure safe storage of potable water outdoors. They do not release or impart any harmful elements into the stored water and are in widespread use for the storage of potable water and rainwater.
Made specifically for the storage of potable water, these black & green tanks are FDA-approved for safe water storage. They do not release or impart any harmful elements into the stored water and are in widespread use for the storage of potable water and rainwater. The opaque black or dark green colour options prevent sunlight from penetrating the tank walls; this helps keep algae growth at bay. Most of these tanks (305 USG to 5000 USG) come standard with a bottom 2 drain and a top 1-1/2 fill fitting pre-installed and centered with the top lid. Tanks are intended for water storage only! They should not be used for chemicals, fertilizers or any other product with a weight of greater than 1 Specific Gravity (the weight of water). Where applicable, the tanks will carry the appropriate certifications for potable water storage.
