Dating from the late 1910's this sweet Edwardian cotton bustier would have been worn over a corset. The style of this example is unusual, longer in the body than normal and with lovely figure-hugging shaping
It has had a life but is still in good condition and very wearable, there's a tiny break in the fabric at the back, which needs a darn and there's already a tiny darn next to the buttons on the left side, which is a beautiful example of old needlework
Fastens with mother of pearl buttons and prettily embellished with cotton crochet lace around the armholes and neckline
